Haha, thanks R D! Believe it or not, this piece might be one of my more controversial ones. Haha. People are serious about their food choices. And food is a social justice issue. Well, I am also glad to meet another vegan. I only have a few posts on this subject and you found one of them! Haha. I certainly don’t push my choices on anyone and I know how to make a meal from a few sides. I would just like a bit more thought and consideration with weddings and special events. I used to plan special events that included food, so I’m accustomed to accommodating others with dietary needs and restrictions. Thanks for reading and letting me know we’re in the same club! Yay!!
