It’s a shift to go from helping someone vs. mutual interest as the SURJ group mentions. That could help some to move out of compartmentalization. Maybe people will have more of an interest if they see how it impacts them? And perhaps approach the work and POC differently? It’s very likely people will fail to see the connections.
