Hi Allene. Thank you for this rich response. There are several ways to reduce prejudice, bias, and racism. I refer to ways that social science backs. Anti-racism education is one of several. I’d say 2 things, one, we have yet to see what this education could so for a generation. We must do something different. Second, we live in a connected world. There are apps, resources, books, digital platforms and tech tools that could be developed and used. Those technological tools could mitigate teacher bias. Preventing racism must become as important as learning to read, write, and do math. I think you have a good answer in your response that I highlighted. Thank you for your response, it is indeed very rich.
