Hi, Cherilyn! Taking the risk to go abroad and quit twice was very empowering. People thought I was lucky to get the job back! I did too, but I knew it wasn’t for me. Much of what I write about today started to form while I was in Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires gave me space and time to write. Once back, I self-published a few travel guides for longterm travel to Buenos Aires, and a few books on grief. This reminds me, haha, I wanted to write a book about quitting government jobs for workers like me. The working title was “Take the money and run: how and why you should quit your government job.” I am glad I quit, both times. Thanks for reading and your response!
