Hi Chris, yes, I think we should explore legalizing and regulating as many drugs as possible. And, I read some Latin American leaders are thinking the same. Certainly, the war on drugs isn’t working. Weed is still the biggest quantity of what comes across the border. But, it is down because the US has states that have legalized weed on some level. And increased legalization of weed would put some Mexican farmers out of business. So, now, they are turning to harder drugs which are up in quantities crossing the border. I think Portugal’s model must be looked at seriously. Thanks for your comment.
