Hi Don, that does sound like a reasonable and overdue change by the Philly police department. I meant to mention earlier that my partner and I spent this past weekend in Philly, Friday to Sunday. We went to see some speakers/writers and a bit of pride. We’ve been before and we had a wonderful time. I’ve always loved that city! Baltimore could learn a lot it seems.
