Hi Sherry, I may write this in little chunks. I try to keep the stories to 5 mins now. I didn’t touch on work experience. People are lost with all the ‘+5 years of experience.’ Some positions have ‘in lieu of’ but it’s inconsistent and unclear. And there will always be something, more, a loophole, a network. It’s kind of unfortunate.
