Hi Sherry, yes, this month was already full for me and this interview process really took me down. So, I am a process person. This seemed like they had never conducted an interview. No advance planning. No coordination. Same questions. No opening scripts, no closing scripts, no specifics on the next steps! I doubt they scored resumes, or even weighted questions. There wasn’t even a request to demonstrate skills. It was the total opposite of my experience in the government or nonprofits. And people think the government is a mess?
