Hi thanks for reading and your response. Racism, bias, and prejudice concern me when it’s overt and unconscious. The active teaching of inferiority is one aspect. But society also teaches that by presenting a race as the norm and the standard. It’s like a church that never says a bad word about LGBTQ people but they only talk about and hold up heterosexuality. That too is damaging to everyone. That happens with racism. And it may be the unconscious biases that are doing the most harm.
