I bet it is crazy. I know in DC it’s been wild. The city is so different. Baltimore where we live now there hasn’t been much change. But we have two houses here and in both neighborhoods we see some changes like you’ve described. Like a brewery just moved in, cool, I like beer. But the locals don’t feel welcomed there. People from DC are starting to take over and buy up properties and businesses here.
