I’m a big fan of this. I wonder if it makes a difference if I read it, or if it is read to me. Maybe there’s value in both.

I let the computer or the program read it to me. It’s done in a ‘repeat back to me what I just said,’ kind of way.

But, I think I will start adding my human voice too. Computers may read better than most, in some cases, especially since they don’t need air.

I guess I could also record myself and listen that way too. Hah. So many ways. All good thoughts. Thanks!
