It’s insane. Some solid points here I had not considered. The whole system needs an overhaul. I read a piece from the Harvard Business School about ‘degree inflation’ it was eye-opening. This is a problem. People are up against these gates and others have personal passcodes and side doors with their personal networks. This has to be challenged somehow. I read degree inflation may border on violations but no one enforces or challenges the standard practice. I don’t know, seems that way. I support your words here.
