My point is to trash the whole thing, and make the laws and freedoms expressly antiracist. So, take the law, the amendments, the bill of rights and make them antiracist. You can call it a restriction if you want. Whatever works. But, in that way, you will have antiracist freedoms — freedoms that are expressly antiracist. I’m lost with your point, but that’s okay.
