Nice work, Marley. Thorough and sharp. I heard Fred Hampton say in a video “We’re not going to replace capitalism with Black capitalism, we’re going to replace it with socialism.” He also spoke about the possibly that we could become Black imperialists as something to avoid. I appreciate his thought that we can’t just recolor capitalism and it will all be great for us or others. None of that is the message I got growing up and I think it’s an important one.
