Oh, let me add one more thing for future readers. If you look at the title, I want people who are upset about demographic changes to question why they aren’t concerned about changes in neighborhoods like Harlem and in DC. So, this attempts to use their arguments and apply them to another issue of demographic and status change. If industries price out workers with lower skills, why not be concerned with how that happens to residents. The piece is sort of neutral which can be disturbing, I understand. No piece is perfect. Good thing we have the response section. :)
