Oh yeah, I agree with you. I support legalization & regulation perhaps like Portugal. Pot is down due to legalization so now harder drugs are coming over since they aren’t legal. By sober I mean all uses of the word. Toward the end of the piece I’m talking more about serious and practical with respect to legalization/decriminalizing and ending the war on drugs. With our current policies, and the war on drugs, our use is ruining countries.
