Okay, why do you think everything can be substituted and exchanged? Why are you trying to hijack arguments for your purposes? So, here’s the thing, I read Dolezal’s book after I wrote this piece and even she doesn’t agree with those substitutions. You can’t always mix and match. And there’s a wealth of information about gender identity that is proven by mental and medical professionals. Gender identity, as a social construct, has more of a biological basis which distinguishes it from race. Now, there’s still a spectrum of privilege and oppression that must be acknowledged, addressed, and repurposed. Privilege and oppression apply to your argument. That’s where there’s overlap.
