Reparations must be broad and beyond money. A racist society that’s anti-Black by all measures, qualifies every Black person. And, some could opt-out if desired. The country at least owes us anti-racism education to prevent future racists. The demographics and shades wouldn’t be hard to sort out. That’s what the census, polls, and studies of Black America do.
