Right on, Kurt. This should be easy and basic — no more racist robocalls. I read that a mother of a biracial daughter got the call and the mother was, of course, disturbed. And what if a young person got those calls? We have protections for TV and many other forms of communication. These calls are gross, obscene, and unacceptable.
