The desire for power that hoards and rules over others is hatred. Superiority leads to hostility which is hatred. Those who seek that power, and our present systems, are selective and specific. And the goal of many who operate in racial hatred is genocide. They believe in white genocide and race wars, despite controlling all the systems of power in the US. The group threat theory and group dynamics do say conflict is about power, I agree. I suggest that’s still hatred, and really genocide, that’s all.
