The white working class is currently getting more tears and programs for opioids than the Black community ever did for crack. That’s a fact. Do you deny it? That’s what happens when we center white working class woes. It is also a fact that Black poverty is far worse than white poverty. I am Black, I am concerned about that. That will not improve if America centers the white working class. So, again, my message is for them to look around and figure out bridges and stop demonizing everyone else for their problems. Particularly when their problems aren’t nearly as bad as other communities. That is a fact too! They voted for racism, not any woes, so the whole thing is a sham. I stand by the piece. You only selectively read and got offended. I am clear about empathy and solidarity. [Shrug]
