Yeah, it is possible I’m not in the same demographic as this person. But it is clear they knew exactly what they were writing — especially when they said, “yo, yo.” And if they were unaware, which is impossible to me, then a simple online search would’ve made this offense clear. Which also connects to my other point of caution. But this person wasn’t concerned with any of that because their intention with the entire message was to insult. And isn’t it ridiculous how I’m supposed to keep track of slurs from the late 1800s? And people accuse us of living in the past? Sambo may be dead, but racism is not.
