You are right, Don. I read in a study when intolerant people (in this case white Trump voters), feel democracy will help marginalized groups they embrace authoritarianism. The hatred and desire to insulate from outsiders is so strong that people will take and do anything. Racism, Sexism, Treason, Xenophobia, Lies, Narcissism, and Shitty Policies do not appear to be able to stop Trump’s appeal to his voters. It is very alarming.
